Constance Gadell-Newton
ATTORNEY AT LAW, REALTOR
Connie Gadell-Newton focuses on Criminal Defense and Real Estate Law. She earned a J.D. from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2008. She was sworn in to the Ohio Bar in October, 2009 and started the law firm with Dr. Fitrakis in 2010. She obtained a Real Estate Sales license in 2019 and works with Red 1 Realty. She has been a Guardian ad Litem, 2013-2020. Notary public. Practice areas: Criminal Misdemeanors and Felonies, OVI and Traffic cases, Election law, Small Business, Property Law, Domestic Relations, and Real Estate law and sales, commercial real estate.

Meka Rafiyq earned a J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2017. She was sworn in to the Ohio Bar in May 2018. She obtained an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Ashland University in December 2009. Notary public. Samuel Krauss

Sam was admitted to the Oregon Bar in 2000 , and the Ohio Bar in 2003. He is also admitted to Federal courts in OR and OH. In private practice Sam focused on bankruptcy, domestic (divorce, custody and support), juvenile (abuse, neglect, dependency, delinquency, Guardian ad Litem), probate, real estate, and criminal defense (felony, misdemeanor). For nearly three years Sam was a Hearing Officer for the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission where he resolved roughly seven thousand hearings. Following this for ten years he represented parties nationally in forty states during phone hearings for unemployment benefits with a win rate over 85%. Another area of interest is Real Estate. Sam is an active investor with several properties in and around Central Ohio and elsewhere. Also, Sam is an Ohio licensed salesperson, and property manager focused on commercial spaces. He is conversant with RE investment strategies and all aspects of RE maintenance, interior or exterior. Sam is also a partner in a home/rental improvement company.
Robert Fitrakis
ATTORNEY AT LAW, Retired
Bob Fitrakis brings a long history of social activism and community advocacy into his practice of law. Fitrakis is heavily involved in politics and independent media, and accepts political, election law, and media cases. Fitrakis earned his J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2002, and he was an Election Protection attorney on November 2, 2004 in Franklin County. He called the first public hearings on voter suppression and election irregularities and was one of four attorneys to file a challenge to Ohio's presidential elections results: Moss v. Bush and Moss v. Moyer. Bob Fitrakis and Connie Gadell-Newton filed a Complaint to the Ohio Attorney General on behalf of the Citizens of Green County, Ohio, which resulted in the reopening of Antioch College. They filed a similar Complaint on behalf of the Faculty Association at Wilberforce University, with an investigation still pending. Fitrakis ran for Congress in the 3rd district, central Ohio, in the Green Party in 2012. He serves on the Central Committee of the Franklin County Green Party and is Co-Chair of the Ohio Green Party. He also served as legal counsel for Occupy Columbus.
